5 minute follow up with parents 10 minutes charting time.

Cost: Session fee + .47 cents/km (for client’s living outside of the Chilliwack Areas below)

The areas in which The Bearded OT - Occupational Therapy Services will not be charging travel fees for pediatric clients in the following areas:

Outside of Chilliwack Area: 

Bearded OT - Occupational Therapy Services currently meets with clients living in the following Lower Mainland areas below:

Travel Rate for Home Visits/Community Visits outside of the Chilliwack areas: 

Travel Rate: .47 cents/ km to/from client home; calculated from business address in Chilliwack, BC.  

Important notes: 

Bearded OT - Occupational Therapy Services are working on a plan for a flat rate fee that will be updated in the future, however for clients living outside of the Chilliwack area, a travel rate of .47 cents/km will be charged on top of the billable hourly rate. This is to accommodate for the travel time that impacts service delivery availability in the OT's primary service area.
